    Tell us what is broken or what is slow. We work out what to build. You do not need to arrive with a requirements document — most of ours turn out to be wrong by week two anyway.

What does “Agentic AI” actually mean here?

An agent is software that is given a goal, plans the steps, uses your real systems as tools, checks its own output, and retries until the work is done. A chatbot answers a question and stops. An agent finishes the job and leaves a log of every step it took. That difference is the entire product.

Can you get our WhatsApp Business API and Meta app approved?

Yes. We handle the full Meta path: Business verification, number hosting on WhatsApp Cloud API, message templates through Meta approval, and App Review including permissions, screencasts and the data-handling questionnaire. We also publish the privacy policy, terms and data-deletion endpoints reviewers require.

Does the BPO calling app work on the Play Store or only through MDM?

Both routes exist. Aggressive telephony features such as the hands-free auto-dialer are distributed through MDM to company-owned devices, which is the compliant path for that capability. A Play Store build with the manager and reporting features is also available. We advise on which route fits your use case.

How small a team do you work with?

We have built for single-founder operations and for desks running dozens of calling agents. The scoping call is the same either way: one business day to a fixed scope and a fixed price.

Do you hand over the code?

Yes. You own the repository and the infrastructure. We stay on to run and support it because most teams want that, not because you are locked in.
